* Filters will be replaced upon customers request. Because of all the unlimited variety of filter sizes Technicians do not carry filters in their vehicles. Filters can be provided by Penguin Air at an additional cost or customer may supply technician with filter to replace. Ask a Penguin air customer service representative for details.
** Preventative Maintenance is a schedule maintenance to minimize operation cost, save energy, and extend the life of the unit to its maximum capacity very similar to changing oil in your vehicle, However same as a vehicle it has mechanical limitations. Therefore, we have provided to our loyal customers an additional discount to help the transition into a new system investment. A $50 credit discount per year that our customer has maintained a preventative maintenance contract with Penguin Air, this discount credit will be applied towards the investment of a new complete system purchase through Penguin Air.
